The design concept of the new fixed-frame mushroom house is mainly reflected in the following aspects:
(1) Efficient use of space: Through the design of fixed bed frames, 10 to 15 layers of cultivation bed frames
are designed according to different varieties, which can maximize the cultivation area and quantity within a
limited space, thereby improving space utilization.
(2) Automatic loading and unloading: The fixed bed frame automatic loading and unloading machine system
can automatically send the mushroom bags (bottles) after scratching to the mushroom house through the
assembly line, and the automatic loading and unloading machine is used to complete the automatic loading
and unloading, thereby improving production efficiency and reducing the labor intensity and cost of manual
operation.
(3) Mobile humidifying blower: The mobile humidifying blower is used to solve the problem of uneven humidification
caused by the original fixed humidifier in the high-density mushroom house, and improve the uniformity of
temperature and humidity.
(4) Fresh air environment control system: The fresh air entering the mushroom house is pre-processed and heated
and cooled according to different seasons. The temperature and humidity of the fresh air are controlled to minimize
the impact of seasonal external temperature changes on the temperature and humidity in the mushroom house,
creating a relatively stable environment for mushroom growth.
(5) Integrated environmental control system: Through PLC programming, different control programs are used for
different mushroom species. The control system can automatically adjust the environmental parameters in the
mushroom house, such as temperature, humidity, light, ventilation, etc., according to the preset control management
parameters and the real-time environmental conditions collected by sensors, thereby providing the best growth
environment for edible fungi.
