Cost cases of fixed rack mode and mobile rack mode in actual operation

Taking a factory with a daily production of 150,000 to 170,000 bottles of enoki mushrooms as an example,

 the comparison of its operation and management is as follows.

(1) Labor: In terms of the steps of putting on and taking off the shelves, rolling paper, harvesting and cleaning 

the warehouse, the labor requirements of mobile racks and fixed racks are compared. The number of workers 

using fixed racks is 60 to 70, and the number of workers using mobile racks is 30 to 35. The labor requirements 

of mobile racks are reduced by about 50% compared with fixed racks. Based on an annual salary of 60,000 yuan

 per employee, the labor cost can be reduced by about 2 million yuan per year.

(2) Operational convenience In the fixed rack mode, the operation of putting the cultivation bottles on and off

 the shelves and rolling paper for enoki mushrooms requires climbing on the bed frame, which is highly dangerous

 and labor-intensive. The work efficiency is low and the working environment is poor. In the mobile rack mode, 

the paper rolling operation for enoki mushrooms is carried out in a special workshop and the employees operate 

on the ground. The safety and labor intensity are low, the efficiency is high, the environment is good, the labor 

requirements are reduced, and the employee stability is improved.

(3) Fixed rack fruiting: After the fruiting room is cleared, it is inconvenient to clean and there are dead corners.

 If the conveyor belt mode is used, the conveyor belt needs to be cleaned every day, which is a lot of work.

 After the mobile rack fruiting room is cleared, the warehouse is empty, which is easy to clean and there are no

 dead corners. (4) Maintenance cost: The fixed rack mainly involves the maintenance of the conveyor belt; the 

mobile rack mainly involves the maintenance of the wheels, bearing lubrication and screw tightening to prevent 

the wheels from falling off and causing the bed frame to tip over. The maintenance costs of the two are not much 

different. Based on the above four points, it can be seen that the operating cost of the mobile rack mode is much 

lower than that of the fixed rack mode, and the annual labor cost savings are considerable. As labor costs rise, 

the operating cost advantage of the mobile rack mode will become more and more obvious.
