I. Cultivation Process
Process: Mixing → Bagging → Sterilization → Cooling → Inoculation → Cultivation → Post-ripening
→ Puncture → Cultivation → Germination → Management of Fungus Production → Harvesting →
Intermittent Management → Harvesting.
Cultivation Stick Making
Cultivation of fungus cultivation sticks is similar to that of most wood-decomposing edible and medicinal fungi.
1. Cultivation Medium Formula
Formula 1: 88% sawdust, 8% bran, 2% soybean meal, 1% gypsum, 1% lime.
Formula 2: 90% sawdust, 6% bran, 2% soybean meal, 1% gypsum, 0.5% lime, 0.5% light calcium carbonate.
2. Mixing
Prepare the raw materials according to the formula, pour into a blender and dry-mix for 8 minutes, then add
water and wet-mix for at least 30 minutes until uniform. The moisture content of the culture medium is 55%-59%,
and the pH is 7-8 (pH drops to 6.2-6.5 after sterilization). 3. Filling
Using low-pressure polyethylene bags folded in half with a diameter of 16 cm, a fully automatic bagging machine
completes the filling, bagging, inserting sticks, basketing, turning the baskets, and racking. The bags (for fungi) are
22 cm tall and weigh 1400-1450 grams. They have a smooth surface, firm bagging, and are of appropriate length.
They are free of damage, with the bag walls firmly fitting the material. They are transported via a conveyor line and
basket turning machine to the racking machine, which is monitored by a dedicated personnel.
4. Loading into the Sterilizer
The racking machine neatly pushes the baskets onto the sterilization rack. They are then transported to the autoclave
for sterilization using a transfer forklift.
