1. Preparation of short-segment wood cultivation tubes
(1). Selection of cultivation materials and tube making
Select suitable broad-leaved tree species of Fagaceae, first saw the wood into small pieces of wood about 30 cm long, use a machine to break 2~4 pieces, and put them into low-pressure polyethylene plastic bags (length 65 cm, folded diameter 30 cm, or length 74 cm, folded diameter 38 cm, diameter 18.5~19.5 cm after filling, thickness 8 wire). The mouth of the tube is sealed with a plastic rope, and it cannot be tied too tightly, otherwise it is easy to bulge the bag. Place it on a special sterilization rack and stack it in an overlapping manner. Use a handheld hydraulic car to drag the sterilization rack into the normal pressure sterilizer for steam sterilization (the steam source comes from a vertical small boiler).
(2). Normal pressure sterilization
Using a hydraulic trolley as a unit, it is convenient to control entering and exiting the pot, and it is flexible to move, which improves the work efficiency after sterilization. In Wuping, a small boiler is used to generate steam and send it into the sterilization cabinet. The steam spreads quickly and is heated evenly. In view of the large volume of wood, the tortuous and irregular wood chips, and the large amount of cold air trapped in the cultivation tube, it is necessary to heat the cold air trapped in the cultivation tube to expand and escape, and exhaust the cold air to ensure thorough sterilization. The time to remove the cold air in the bag is determined according to the number of cultivation bags, the placement density and the outside temperature. It takes about 3 hours to heat the fire to 98~102℃ (micro pressure). If the number of cultivation bags is large, the temperature needs to be kept stable, and the sterilization time is at least 24~36 hours. In the sterilization process, in order to avoid too much hard work at night, biomass pellet fuel can be used. If 25 kg of fuel is put in, the boiler fire can be maintained for 1 hour until dawn. After the sterilization is completed, wait until the temperature in the sterilization pot drops to about 45℃ before taking it out. If the plastic bag is found to be damaged, it should be sealed with tape immediately.
