III. Soil-covered cultivation of short-segment Ganoderma lucidum
Fujian is mountainous, and most of the Ganoderma lucidum cultivation is done on hillside wasteland.
The shed needs to be near a water source, and double sheds are often built in the south due to high
temperature and high humidity. First, build the sunshade net of the outer shed, and then build the ridge.
The ridge surface is 2 meters wide and the ridge furrow is 35 cm wide. The inner shed is covered with double
blue anti-fog film. There was a short "spring drought" in mid-March, and the fungus bags were transported
to the field for "refining" for 1 week. The appearance of yellow-brown spots on the inoculated end surface
indicates that the cultivation bag is mature. The bag is removed and covered with soil. The long segment wood
is placed horizontally and the short segment wood is placed vertically with a spacing of 10 cm. The soil is
covered manually or mechanically to keep the soil moisture moderate.
IV. Management of short-segment wood after soil covering
After 20~25 days, buds appear on the ridge surface. It is necessary to comb the buds, keep the large ones
and discard the small ones, and drill holes to cover the ground film to prevent moisture, sand and weeds.
After the buds emerge, insects, especially mushroom mosquitoes, are prevented by covering with dense
plastic film or hanging yellow sticky boards. The increase in CO2 concentration in the shed is conducive to
the elongation of the pedicel. After the pedicel is developed, pests are reduced and ventilation is increased.
The growth point at the top of the pedicel is phototactic and fan-shaped and horizontally flat. High humidity
must be maintained to prevent the "white edge" from turning gray. After about 15 days, the pedicel expands,
and the size depends on the dry matter content of the culture medium. The pedicel begins to change color
and enters the stage of ejecting spores, spraying a small amount of spore powder, which is "closing the edge".
Then spread white cardboard and use the patented sleeve method to collect spore powder, which is pure, free
of impurities, pollution, and high purity. After harvesting, the Ganoderma lucidum spore powder is used to extract
dozens of health products such as Ganoderma lucidum spore oil to meet market demand.
