Temperature: Ganoderma lucidum belongs to medium-high temperature fungi. The starting temperature
of mycelium germination is 5℃, and the starting temperature of fruiting body formation is 22℃. The suitable
temperature for the development of Ganoderma lucidum fruiting body is 25~28℃. When collecting spores
for commercial purposes, the temperature should be controlled at 24~26℃ as much as possible. The cap will
thicken and the length of the tube will increase, thereby increasing the amount of Ganoderma lucidum spores
ejected. Once the cultivation environment exceeds 30℃, although the development is accelerated, the quality
gradually deteriorates.
Light: When collecting specimens, wild Ganoderma lucidum is often found in the deep mountains and old forests
on the north slope. It is mainly scattered light, and occasionally there is mottled sunlight. The ecological environment
under the forest is basically humid.
Water: The annual rainfall in southern China is basically above 1400 ml. Except for "spring drought" and "autumn drought",
it can basically meet the relative humidity requirements of the air. However, in indoor cultivation, it should be noted that
there is always a water film on the ground to ensure high humidity in the cultivation microenvironment.
Air: In the old forest, the mountain breeze blows gently and the air is flowing. Ganoderma lucidum is an aerobic fungus.
It requires a low carbon dioxide concentration (below 0.08%) for ecological indoor cultivation. If the carbon dioxide
concentration is too high, it will develop into antler ganoderma.
