Long stick filling equipment

Shiitake mushroom long stick tying, perforating, labeling and bagging mode: Shiitake mushroom bagging,

 tying, perforating and labeling integrated bagging machine, realizing free switching of single and double-layer 

bagging. The equipment integrates online bag making, bagging, bagging, tying, perforating and film pasting, 

and the parameters of mushroom sticks are adjustable.

Due to the differences in environmental climate, the specifications of plastic bags for shiitake mushroom stick

 production are different in northern and southern China. 15 cm x 60 cm empty bags are commonly used in the 

south, while (16.7~17) cm x 58 cm, 6.5 silk meters thick empty bags are mostly used in the northwest to maintain 

moisture in the cultivation sticks in arid areas and promote the early growth of shiitake mushrooms.

Long stick filling process: Use low-pressure plastic bags, heat-seal at one end and aluminum buckle seal at the

 other end. Because of the coarse-grained sawdust filler, the porosity is high and a lot of cold air is trapped. The

 gas expansion during sterilization is easy to cause the material stick to burst. The process requires punching holes

 and sticking breathable tape after filling to release cold air.
