In order to distinguish the cultivation bags before and after inoculation, they are referred to as material bags before sterilization, and are called mushroom bags after inoculation.
Planting period: After inoculation, they are planted and cultivated on the spot, stacked in a "well" shape, and the number of layers of mushroom bags should be determined according to the temperature. Generally speaking, the higher the temperature, the fewer the layers. When the temperature is below 10℃, 5~7 layers can be stacked; when the temperature is 10~20℃, 3~5 layers can be stacked; when the temperature is above 20℃, 2~3 layers can be stacked; when the temperature exceeds 28℃, a single layer should be placed on the ground. The relative humidity of the air should not exceed 65% to promote the colonization, spread and cover of the mycelium as soon as possible. This practice can avoid pollution caused by moving and vibration. 7~9 days after inoculation, the mycelium is colonized and covered.
Fever period: 10~25 days after inoculation, the mushroom needs a lot of oxygen for spawning, and low temperature spawning is a guarantee of high yield. If conditions permit, try to use low-temperature spawning as much as possible, and the temperature in the bag should be preferably 18~22℃. At this stage, the temperature in the cultivation bag rises significantly. At this time, the center temperature of the cultivation bag needs to be controlled not higher than 22℃ to avoid burning. Depending on the situation, puncture treatment can be carried out. The number and depth of punctures need to be determined according to the specifications of the cultivation bag and the sealing method. Generally, puncture 1 cm behind the top of the well-developed mycelium, and 5~6 holes are made at equal distances in each circle, with a hole depth of about 3 cm. Pick out the contaminated bags in time, and the moderately and severely contaminated bags should be moved away from the spawning site in time for harmless treatment.
Post-ripening period: 25~35 days after inoculation, the temperature in the cultivation bag needs to be monitored and should not exceed 25℃.
