4. Bagging
The mixed wheat grain material should be used as soon as possible and used up within 30
minutes to avoid the wheat grain from breaking and causing starch to be squeezed out
and become sticky. Use a punching bagging machine, the plastic bag fold diameter is 17 ~ 18.5 cm,
the filling height is 15 ~ 17 cm, loose and natural, insert a punching rod in the center, put on the ring,
and cover the lid.
5. Sterilization
The wheat grain spawn must be sterilized in an autoclave, and the parameters are as follows:
the first stage is heated to 100℃ and 30 minutes; the second stage is heated to 110℃ and 30 minutes;
the third stage is 122℃ and 150 minutes, and then stewed for 30 minutes. The other process operations
are the same as the production of spawn bags.
7. Cultivation
The cultivation temperature is controlled at 15 ~ 17℃, the liquid spawn is full in 10~12 days,
and the solid spawn is full in 12~15 days. The mycelium of Morchella grows fast and generates
a lot of heat in the middle of the culture, which is generally 3~5℃ higher than the outdoor temperature.
At this time, the temperature in the bag should be controlled below 20℃.
8. Use
The mycelium of Morchella grows fast and ages quickly. It cannot mature after it grows full.
It should be taken out of the warehouse in time for use or put into a 0℃ cold storage and used within 15 days.
