Factory cultivation in edible and medicinal fungi cultivation
Edible and medicinal fungi cultivation is divided into two categories: factory-cultivated year-round fungi (most of
which belong to branch-type cluster fungi) and seasonal cultivation fungi (most of which belong to solitary fungi
with mushroom caps or ear pieces unfolded)
Factory-cultivated fungi
Factory-cultivated fungi of edible and medicinal fungi (such as enoki mushrooms, velvet antler mushrooms, etc.)
use various equipment (including heating, cooling, humidification, dehumidification, etc.) to combat the changes
in natural climate and achieve year-round cultivation. In the production process of spring, summer, autumn and
winter, it is still necessary to adjust according to weather conditions. For example, fresh air needs to be introduced
from the outside because the humidity and latent heat value of the outside air in the morning, noon and evening
are different. Through the coordination of the PC automatic control system, fungi at different growth stages in the
warehouse can get the appropriate temperature, light, humidity and water automatic adjustment, thereby creating
a relatively stable growth environment and ensuring the possibility of a good harvest. Therefore, although the factory
cultivation of edible and medicinal fungi can be carried out all year round, its dependence on climate still exists.
Of course, energy consumption costs will vary from season to season.
